If you've never been to Hayward's Heath

There's no need to keep your visit brief

You'll encounter hills a plenty

(Apparently more than twenty)

According to a bloke I met named Keith.

 

Costa near the station, tick

Nice area , no need to walk quick 

Stroll to ground most tranquil

No rain today (I'm thankful).

 

The ground, amidst a housing estate

Old school stand, that's really great!

Pitch somewhat bobbly

But don't throw a wobbly

Same for both sides innit mate?

 

Proper football ground

And proper football folk

Game full of passion

In a competitive fashion.

 

The Heath deserve the win

Into the hat not the bin

A great day out in the sun

Women's FACup always fun.
